You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return your PlayCase for a full refund.
No explanation required — though feedback helps us improve.
Easy Returns

For defective or damaged products:
âžś We replace it free of charge (we cover shipping). -
For “changed my mind” or “didn’t like it”:
âžś You can return it within 60 days; you simply cover the return shipping.
Exchanges
Want a different model or version?
We’re happy to exchange your PlayCase within 60 days, as long as it’s still in good shape.
Refund Timing
Once your return is received, refunds are processed in 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
International Customers
Due to high cross-border shipping costs, we do not accept standard international returns.
If your product is defective or damaged
Email us with photos or a short video showing the issue through our customer support form.
If we can confirm the defect:

We will work with you directly to make it right, which may include
a replacement, partial refund, or another fair solution.
If you changed your mind or no longer want the product
We cannot accept international “satisfaction” returns.
