PlayCase isn’t a huge company — it’s hardly a company at all. It’s me, a few printers, and a lot of time spent refining an idea I care about. If you pick one up, you’re not just buying a product. I personally have tested PlayCase for multiple platforms supported in my teams app Manic EMU, and my kiddo uses his PlayCase religiously for his games. I highly recommend this for anybody who wants to play with a controller without having to worry about charging anything, it both is comfortable to play with and a solid case in general!!

Just got my case in, downloaded the skins and put it through a stress test with Metroid zero mission for a bit.
Coming from an Anbernic RG35, this really has about complete parity on physical functionality and I appreciate the extra buttons/bands. Can definitely tell membranes are contacting appropriately even if buttons get slightly misguided from time to time under fast repeated presses. So glad my hands aren’t bigger than they are!

It’s clearly a 3D printed case, that’s not to say brittle or cheap but rather it won’t be my everyday carry case wise. With that said I can no longer imagine playing emulation on my iPhone without it. Will recommend to everyone who asks.

My case has just arrived and its been great so far. I love how the buttons feel and how the faceplate just snaps on. The back buttons also have a really cool mechanism and work great. It’s also really easy to take apart and replace the buttons and D-Pad. I even made my own slight modification to the D-Pad for my own needs, even the fact that I could do that is amazing. I made a Layout for MeloNX and have been playing all my games with it, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Super Mario 3D World, Sonic Mania, Super Mario Odyssey. Its a super usable controller and has been a great buy!!
